The app crashes a lot on Android
Update the app, clear web or app cache, verify browser or OS version and capture exact steps before contacting support.
Why was my photo rejected?
Photos are rejected when they break authenticity, explicit-content, privacy or safety rules.
Why was my photo rejected when others seem worse?
Moderation is not perfectly simultaneous. Another violating image being visible does not mean your rejected image was acceptable.
I received a warning message
Warnings usually mean content or behavior may break policy. Review the message and change the problem before further action is taken.
I want to remove an old or duplicate account
Keep one primary account and request closure of unused accounts through the account or support flow.
Does Sqweer offer cash prizes?
Unless an official campaign page clearly says otherwise, assume Sqweer does not promise cash giveaways through random chats or profile outreach.
My photos do not appear immediately after upload
A short delay can happen while files are processed, optimized and checked by moderation or background jobs.
I have been suspended
Suspensions follow policy or safety concerns. Read the notice carefully and use the support channel if you believe the decision was mistaken.
Why can media still produce sound on a silent device?
Some browsers and embedded media players handle mute state inconsistently. If this happens, document the browser and device details.
Why am I redirected to an app store or external page?
Unexpected redirects usually come from ad or embedded media behavior and should be investigated with the exact browser, URL and timestamp.
Why are there so many ads?
If advertising surfaces are present, they should be clearly labeled, frequency-limited and never allowed to bypass safety or privacy rules.
I am not receiving new message notifications
Check app settings, browser permissions, device settings and whether the conversation is muted or archived.
I forgot my password
Use the Forgot Password flow from login. A reset link should be emailed to the registered address.
How do profile boosts work?
Boosted visibility should be clearly labeled and never bypass moderation, blocking, age limits or privacy restrictions.
What is a moment boost?
A moment or post boost temporarily increases visibility for a labeled piece of content, but it should never override moderation or privacy controls.

My location is wrong
Approximate location can drift if the device, browser or IP-based signal is stale. Refresh location permissions and review privacy settings.

Expiring photos are temporary image shares designed for limited-time viewing, but they still rely on trust and do not eliminate all capture risk.

Screenshot prevention can reduce casual capture on supported devices, but it cannot guarantee absolute prevention in every environment.
Boosted video stories
If story boosting is offered, it should be clearly labeled, time-bound and subject to the same moderation rules as other content.
