Eligibility and acceptance
- By using Sqweer, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or older where local law requires a higher age of majority.
- You agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Usage Guidelines and any additional policy shown in the relevant feature.
- If you do not agree with the Terms, you must stop using the service.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the registration information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
- Sqweer may refuse, limit or terminate access when account activity creates safety, fraud, authenticity or policy concerns.
- We may update, change or discontinue features, products or technical requirements as the platform evolves.
User content and permissions
- You remain responsible for content you upload, publish, send or otherwise make available through Sqweer.
- You must have the rights, permissions and consent necessary for any image, text, likeness or media you upload.
- By uploading content, you grant Sqweer a limited license to host, process, display, moderate and distribute that content only as needed to operate the service.
Prohibited use
- You may not use Sqweer for harassment, hate, scams, impersonation, exploitation, illegal activity or violations of another person’s privacy.
- You may not seek underage contact, upload abusive material or use the service for trafficking, coercion or commercial sexual exploitation.
- You may not interfere with the service through scraping, bots, reverse engineering, credential attacks or abusive automation.
Moderation, reporting and enforcement
- Sqweer may review content, reports, profiles and messages where necessary to enforce policy, investigate abuse and protect the community.
- Warnings, photo rejections, temporary limits, verification requests, suspensions and permanent bans may be used depending on severity.
- Appeals or support review may be available, but access to the platform is not guaranteed where serious risk remains.
Paid features, purchases and virtual goods
- If optional paid features, boosts, subscriptions or virtual goods are offered, pricing and eligibility should be shown before purchase.
- Virtual goods and feature entitlements are licensed, not owned, and may be time-limited, modified or discontinued.
- Refunds, restoration and cancellation rights depend on the product type, payment channel and applicable law.
Verification and safety checks
- Sqweer may request email confirmation, profile review, liveness or authenticity checks, or other anti-fraud steps when needed.
- Refusal to complete required safety checks may limit access to some features or the whole service.
- Verification tools are intended to improve trust and safety, not to force unnecessary public disclosure of identity.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- Sqweer is provided on an as-available basis, and we cannot promise uninterrupted operation or error-free availability at all times.
- We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, third-party links or external services accessed through the platform.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASBL SQWEER limits liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from platform use.
Changes, deletion and contact
- We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date when material changes are made.
- If you delete your account, some information may still be retained where required for safety, anti-fraud, moderation or legal compliance.
- For support, legal or privacy questions, contact ASBL SQWEER through the contact routes published on the site.
