How do top badges and streamer levels work?
Creator levels should reflect transparent criteria such as participation, safety record and platform-defined milestones.

Important principle
- A creator should never have to guess why they did or did not qualify.
- Badges can be removed if moderation history changes.
- Leveling should not override platform safety rules.
