Sqweer’s rules are firm platform standards, not soft recommendations. They exist to protect people from unwanted content, harassment, fraud and unsafe disclosure.
These pages were rewritten for ASBL SQWEER to preserve the full policy scope, practical detail and user protections, without copying third-party text.
Languages
How moderation works
- Sqweer uses automated signals to surface risk, but moderation decisions should remain reviewable by humans.
- Warnings, rejections and suspensions should follow documented reasons rather than opaque enforcement.
- Users must always be able to report content, profiles and messages from the relevant surface.
Sexually explicit content
- No public nudity, explicit acts, pornography promotion or sexual performance content.
- No fetish instruction, sex-advice content or explicit close-ups in public-facing surfaces.
- Private spaces still remain subject to safety, consent and anti-exploitation rules.
Unpleasant or shocking content
- No gore, injuries, bodily fluids, used condoms, violent scenes or cruel content.
- No suicide or self-harm promotion.
- No weapons-focused intimidation or disgusting shock imagery.
Discrimination and hateful conduct
- No racism, xenophobia, antisemitism, islamophobia, caste or ethnic harassment.
- No abuse based on gender identity, orientation, disability, age, height, weight or health status.
- No extremist symbols, slogans or organized hate promotion.
Authenticity
- No impersonation, catfishing or using other people’s photos.
- Face-hidden photos are acceptable if taken by you and used for safety, not deception.
- Multiple accounts intended to manipulate or mislead may be restricted.
Private information
- Do not publish another person’s identity, screenshots, phone number, documents or allegations.
- No doxxing, no public accusations and no revenge posting.
- Identity documents and sensitive records must never be shared in public content.
Minors
- Sqweer is strictly 18+.
- Content depicting minors in any risky or sexualized context is forbidden.
- Attempts to seek underage contact or lower age ranges below 18 result in immediate action.
Malicious behavior, spam and scams
- No harassment, trolling, threats, blackmail, extortion or coordinated abuse.
- No spam in chat, feed, comments or stories.
- No scams, fake giveaways, money extraction or phishing for personal information.
